Houston, TX – TriStar Gold Inc. (the Company) proposes to file notice with the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date of 19,782,250 share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”) to December 21, 2016 from September 7, 2015.
22,079,500 Warrants entitling the holders to purchase a total of 22,079,500 shares were issued as part of a financing conducted in March 2014.The Warrants are exercisable at $0.13 and currently expire on September 7, 2015.
The proposed amendment is subject to acceptance of notice thereof by the TSX Venture Exchange.
